Tuna chips
Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna (in water)
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- Spices of your choice
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Spoon batter onto non-stick baking sheet and flatten into small circles, spacing evenly. Bake for 15 minutes at 250 degrees or until chips look crispy.Nutrition facts if you eat all the chips: 414 kcal, 2 g of fat, 48 g of protein, 48 g of carbs, 0 g of sugar
